Renewing the pkg

Hi,

 

What are the file needed to be updated with this new release (0.19) One file
(acLocal.m4) mentions the need to update the version. Please indicate the
correct file in which the pkg.config must be put into. 

 

Your response will be greatly appreciated. Can we email later in French?
