`-L` parts are not returned

ACK. Adding such pathes can actually hurt in some situations
(eg. crosscompiling). For example, I remember back the times
of pre-pkgconfig X11 - they actually hardcoded /usr/X11R6/lib
into many places, so I had to carefully adapt each single
packages just to get them crosscompiled.
