[PATCH] Add "--nowait" option to plymouth

Hi all,

The attachment is a patch that adds '--nowait' option to plymouth, which
will enable plymouth not to wait for reply of plymouthd.
This helps to improve reboot speed when employing systemd -- systemd will
wait for plymouth-reboot.service finish, which will finish fast if supplied
a --nowait option.
