Still better, than every user having to set the acpi_flags via the
boot prompt, which is even more effort than one user submitting a fdi
file.

And having to support a mix from the kernel cmd line and quirks via
hal means more work for us.

So this change actually saves us efforts.

Having to not use quirks at all is a completely different anyway and
imho irrelevant to this special issue.

Actually, it makes the results more sane and predictable.
