[Pm-utils] gnome-power-cmd.sh suspend runs twice, locks on resume

I've seen similar behavior in cases where an acpi action is configured
to respond to key combinations in addition to having a running power
manager.  Basically, acpid gets the key combo and does the suspend
operation, then on wakeup, the power manager gets the event and does it
again.
