[Pm-utils] pm-utils 1.2.7 rc1 available for testing.

pm-utils-1.2.7-rc1 is available for testing. Notable changes include:

* With the imminent demise of HAL, I have decided to focus the 1.2
branch of pm-utils as the last one that depends on HAL. pm-utils 1.3 and
on will rely on a pm-utils maintained quirk database to do the Right
Thing on hardware that relies on quirks.

* Several longstanding syntax bugs handling vga mode 3 support and pci
state saving and restoring  have been fixed.

* Several bugs reported against pm-utils on bugs.fd.o have been
resolved.

Feedback welcome -- if there are no nonresolved issues by 2009-12-17,
this will become pm-utils 1.2.7.
