Nope. But polkit-auth(1) works, you can run that in RPM %post or
similar.

This file does not exist in the new version of PolicyKit.

What you want to achieve will most likely be possible with the new
version of PolicyKit for the local authority implementation. But it's
still up in the air how this is going to work.

Also keep in mind the new version of PolicyKit will allow people to
replace the authority implementation. So in general what you want is not
possible - for example, an authority implementation may read
authorizations from a centralized directory server on the network.
