How do I suppress auth requests for PackageKit, just like in F12, or the NOPASSWD directive in sudo?

ResultActive=yes should cause it to succeed without asking for a password if
you are in an active local session. ResultActive=auth_self should ask you to
authenticate with your own credentials.
