polkit and older mozjs support

Hi all,

I took a stab at porting polkit to mozjs24 today. It builds fine and
successfully loads the rule files in my (admittedly very limited)
testing so far.

One question I had was how to handle older mozjs support. I asked
walters on IRC and he suggested I ask here on the mailing list:

Should I try and keep mozjs 186 and 17 and 24 support with ifdefs, or
would it be fine to drop them?
