Fanpro has recently released On the Run as an ebook. On many pages, there is an
icon or element that's supposed to be rendered as a light-gray and underneath
the text. Unfortunately, in evince using poppler, it's rendered as a solid gray
thing that covers the text (unless you highlight it). This makes it hard to print.

The first two occurrences are on page 6 and 10. jrmuizel, from #poppler, has a
copy of the file. I'd really like it not spread around too far because it's
watermarked with my name.

The latest stable xpdf also renders this incorrectly.
