We want to need a new function when using cairo. The new function acts like
poppler_page_render_section() but uses cairo instead of pixbuf.

I think it's good the new function name is poppler_page_render_section() and the
current poppler_page_render_section() is renamed to
poppler_page_render_section_to_pixbuf(). Any opinions?
