Summary: transparent background image is rendered opaque
Product: poppler
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: general
AssignedTo: poppler-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: he at debian.org
Hi,
The .pdf on http://www.openraw.org/files/2006rawsurveyreport.pdf has a
background image which is supposed to be half-transparent, so that the black
text on it is actually readable. poppler renders this image completly black and
thus makes parts of the text unreadable.
TIA,
Marc
