This bug is about Letter size paper being selected instead of A4 resulting in a
1.7cm shift (exactly the difference between the height of A4 and Letter). If
you are seeing a different shift it is not the same issue.

If you think you are having the same problem, try printing the test cases
attached to this bug and tell is what the results are. Note that you must
bypass all CUPS filtering as described at:

to guarantee that the test file is not modified on its way to the printer.
