Thanks for reporting this bug.  It would help us if you could attach an example
PDF file that shows the problem.

Also, is there any chance that you can test with the git master version of
poppler? Some changes went into that code pretty recently, and they may have
changed the behaviour you are experiencing (possibly for the better, possibly
for the worse, possibly no change).
