Currently, -origpagesizes overrides -paper, -paperw, -paperh, at least if the
input file specifies paper sizes for its pages. But is it possible to have a
PDF not specifying its paper sizes, like the PostScript file
/usr/share/cups/data/testprint.ps (CUPS test page)?
