I'm not sure if poppler will always crash on that document.  When I opened the
document in Konqueror (using the same Okular/poppler PDF plugin), it did not
crash.  Downloading the file and opening it in Okular or xpdf also worked.  I
could only reproduce this bug in Akregator.
