Patch for PSOutputDev

Even my collegue hasn't yet the time to have a look at it, and because I
already thought that the gs crash is caused by the use of setcachedevice, I had
again a look into the code and see, that there was already an alternative in
using setcharwidth. So I commented out the lines which uses setcachedevice and
saw, that it works. So I decide to upload a patch for it now.
