Just tried to compile 0.15.3, and although I get no errors, I get ;

"pdftohtml: error while loading shared libraries: libpoppler.so.11: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"

I'll tinker, but are there any new dependencies or versions of old libs that
I've missed?
