Hello.
In the PDF file [1], no headlines are shown. I checked it with evince and
okular, poppler/cairo (0.12.4).
The headlines are shown in Adobe reader and xpdf as a grey text. The first
headline should be "Gerneralversammlung [sic!] von Oikocredit in Hyderabad".
I've seen that copying & pasting the headline, I get some weird unicode
numbers, perhaps this could be a point to the bug. The pasted headline is
(Maybe it is shown here):
