As I mentioned already, I was able to build all of the binaries succesfully. I
am able to use poppler-qt4 DLL apis successfully in my application except the
rendering issue. I tried qt4 demo and test binaries under qt4 folder. Both
reported same issue "couldn't create Font...". In fact I searched mailing list
before filing this bug. Now it is going cyclic. :) Please reconsider. 

If you have poppler_qt4viewer.exe win32 binary , just confirm the attached pdf
gets rendered properly. This little help will suffice.
