When editing and saving the PDF form available at
http://www.oiq.qc.ca/Documents/DAP/permis/formulaire_inscription_examen_prof-fr.pdf,
the resulting PDF is not open-able in Adobe Reader X (10.1.1).

When trying to open the document with Adobe Reader X under Windows 7, I get the
following error :

"There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this
document (14)."
