sorry to have been pushy. it just turned out to be harder to lobby my patches
than to even make them.

categorically, icu does provide the needed functionality.
fribidi is just smaller, but not really meant for visual to logical text
reordering.
so should i remove the fribidi part of my patches?</pre>
