The altona testsuite 2.0 PDF is not rendered correctly by pdftoppm, the PDF is
available on
<a href="http://www.eci.org/_media/downloads/altona_test_suite/eci_altona-test-suite-v2_technical2_x4.pdf">http://www.eci.org/_media/downloads/altona_test_suite/eci_altona-test-suite-v2_technical2_x4.pdf</a>.
I marked some of the regressions in the attached result (rendered with 36 dpi
only to make it as small as possible).
Patch "D" of the test is solved with the patch of <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW --- - Poppler ignores rendering intents and always uses INTENT_RELATIVE_COLORIMETRIC"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=34053">bug 34053</a>, the regressions in
patch "P" seem to be almost an openjpeg bug, s. <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED NOTOURBUG - actual git master crashes in libopenjpeg.so.2"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=68438">bug 68438</a> or
<a href="http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/issues/detail?id=234">http://code.google.com/p/openjpeg/issues/detail?id=234</a>.
But the other regression should be all in the area "transparency groups",
"knockout" and/or "blending mode". I'm not sure in the moment if the
regressions have all the same reason or different reasons, but I'll try to
solve them step by step.</pre>
