pdftops-paper-segfault-fix.patch
The patches make "pdftops -origpagesizes" (and also pdftops without any
"-paper", "-paperh", and "-paperw" arguments) work well and correctly, but
using any "-paper", "-paperh", and "-paperw" argument causes an immediate
segfault. The attached patch fixes this.</pre>
