He also filed <a class="bz_bug_link

   href="show_bug.cgi?id=73452">bug 73452</a> a few minutes ago. I assumed CUPS should be setting the
page size when IncludeFeature is used as described in:

but this does not seem to work. Looks like I will need to use setpagedevice in
the cairo PS output.</pre>
