I tried the same command with -png : same behavior, same error I tried this command with sudo in front of, no error appear but no output... If you can explain to me how to do, i can try. Poppler 0.24.5 has been installed on my Mac via Macports, maybe the problem is in Macports and not in poppler ? pdftocairo works very well with other pages or other PDF files on my Mac. Here's some other information : Mac OS X 10.9.1 MacPorts 2.2.1 XCode Command Line Tools is installed. Maybe you could try running it in a debugger and find out which line it is crashing on. Does it work if you output to png?
