<pre>Instead of just replacing INCLUDES with AM_CPPFLAGS everywhere we could use
target CPPFLAGS, libpoppler_cpp_la_CPPFLAGS, libpoppler_la_CPPFLAGS, etc. I
think it's more consistent with other flags, sources, etc.</pre>
