I send <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=85139#c3">comment 3</a> to early, I wanted to explain, that You first have to disable
the usage of libopenjpeg:
./configure --disable-libopenjpeg
Than You can use pdfimages with option -all. I attach the defect jp2.</pre>
