The pdftohtml program works not right if add -f option to command line and
number of first page not 1.
I was launched pdftohtml with -f and -l options for generate part of document
content:
leha@dom /home/leha/local_repo/poppler $ pdftohtml -s -zoom 1 -f 2 -l 4
test.pdf

leha@dom /home/leha/local_repo/poppler $
After I was launched firefox and show result.
