The author of gouraudTriangleShadedFill() was Chistian Feuersänger,
<a href="mailto:cfeuersaenger@googlemail.com">cfeuersaenger@googlemail.com</a>, but I'm not sure if this email address still is
correct. Last time Christian answered us was 2012....</pre>
