poppler nss signature support  - v4

Minor changes fixing what Albert pointed out.
Fixed bug in countSignatures() for documents without signatures

pdfsigverify does go through all code paths up to PDFDoc, it doesn't go up to
poppler-doccument.

But we do have a patch for evince including this signature verification feature
which makes use of the poppler-doccument functions and they have worked fine
with all the test pdfs.</pre>
