[poppler] documentation & parameters

Hi,

please have a look at the attached patch (which applies to the qt4 directory) 
and commit, if suitable.

1) The parameters x,y,w,h to the method splashRenderToPixmap are now used. To 
provide convenient defaults, I had to re-arrange the order of parameters.

2) The tests are changed accordingly

3) I added documentation
