[poppler] Remove some GlobalParams dependencies from PSOutputDev.

Hi,

we'd like to have a way to set PS paper size, duplex settings (and later
maybe more) for evince. This patch should do it. I think I kept APIs and
ABIs compatible. Is it okay?
