The pdf was made using Text::PDF. I have the code up at
http://infidigm.net/~jeff/pdfsuite.tar.bz2. It also has some other
samples, one specifically that shows off the broken clipping behavior.

A newer smaller pdf is also attached, for the imagemask case.
