[poppler] [PATCH] GLib: Named actions and named destinations

Hi, 

we've needed to do some changes in poppler-glib in order to implement
remote links in evince. Those changes are basically adding support for
named destinations. 

Here is the patch which also fixes bug #6152 (needed for evince too)
