[poppler] Making the poppler utils operate over stdin/stdout

Hi,

It would be useful if poppler's utilities could read PDFs from stdin
in addition to a named file. Some of the utilities already support
writing to stdout in addition to named files, so this proposal would
make those utilities symmetrical.

To this end, I've filed some bugs with patches, and would appreciate
if someone could review them before they start collecting dust in
bugzilla. I'll start working on the remaining utilities (pdftohtml
comes to mind) after getting feedback on this first batch.
