Applied. However, the vertical alignment of the text 'k below.    Bonus
item...' is still wrong.

We should probably aim to have the same behaviour as Acrobat.

The text aligment still has problems. e.g. the '<' characters on the
right hand side are too close to the edge of the containing box.
