I told you on irc some days ago ;-) Some fonts we pass to freetype are 
embedded in the pdf and are not COMPLETE ENOUGH fonts, so freetype decided to 
give up loading them because calling some of the methods would fail/crash. 
AFAIR a KDE developer already reported them and they already fixed it on the 
cvs version, any chance you could give it a try?
