[poppler] GLib PopplerAnnot support and a few Annot changes.

I have changed the GLib PopplerAnnot implementation. Now it's a simple
interface to poppler core. I will be adding more annot type support in
the future.

I have changed a little Annot API too in AnnotBorder and AnnotColor and
fixed the flags on AnnotText (thanks Michael Vrable).
