[poppler] [patch] Current state of optional content support

My optional content work is attached. 

Right now, I think it is probably only a little better than current master. I 
would like to merge it, and keep working on it. That merge will also allow 
the glib frontend people to have a look as well.

In terms of 0.8, I'm OK with either doing it for 0.8 (noting it may have some 
issues), or waiting until after the 0.8 branch.
