[poppler] [PATCH] Make it possible to disable tests building.

That makes me think the user choose the wrong distribution if he cares about 
installation time.

As said, i don't think the patch it's worth the time it takes to write, but if 
you don't want tests you should probably skip building test-poppler-glib, 
test-poppler-qt, and qt4/tests

BTW, next time please attach the patch, don't put it inline, it's much easier 
to extract it from the mail if it comes as an attachment :-)
