[poppler] Setup poppler

So to sum up I definitly have to build poppler on windows.

The thing is I don't have the capacity to do it (using mingw compiler under cygwin)

 

Would it be possible to get back dll files from existing projects like Okular (http://okular.kde.org/) or KDE on Windows(http://windows.kde.org/)

and reuse it for my project.
