[poppler] A xpdf version based on poppler

I started with poppler 0.14 a new frontend called 'cpp', which provides 
a simple interface to poppler (similar to what the glib and qt* 
frontends do), but just pure C++ using STL. Most probably it is not yet 
bugfree nor complete, but it will get there.
Note at the moment it does not cover much stuff (document, page, toc, 
embedded files, font information) and it misses what could be useful for 
your case, i.e. rendering and actions; I should have them ready for 
poppler 0.16, hopefully.
