[poppler] Fwd: ANNOUNCE: Xpdf 3.03 - a PDF viewer for X

My plan for this.

Release 0.18 following the schedule posted a few days ago.

After 0.18 instead of a 6 months release do a short (maybe 2 month?) release 
which includes only merging what we can from xpdf 3.03.
