[poppler] Other stuff about pdftohtml (was Re: Beta 3 release status)

I obviously can't review my own code, but I'd be happy to help review
other people's patches to pdftohtml as they come up -- contact me offline
to work out logistics if I can help.

Also, Chegg is going to be building a regression suite for pdftohtml.

1.  If my management agrees, would you be interested in having us
contribute it?
2.  Do you have any pointers or requirements for an integrated test
framework?  I'm thinking to hook it up to "make test" in utils
directory....
