[poppler] Trouble building with MinGW

Thanks for the suggestion. First, this alerted me to the fact that
mingw make is actually called mingw32-make (typing "make" used to
invoke cygwin's make).

Second, I see the problem: what breaks is the invocation of
libtool: link: (cd .libs/libpoppler.lax/libgoo.a && ar x
"/cygdrive/c/home/leo/tmp/poppler/poppler-0.18.2/poppler/../goo/.libs/libgoo.a")
/cygdrive/c/home/leo/tmp/poppler/poppler-0.18.2/poppler/../goo/.libs/libgoo.a:
No such file or directory

The reason is that ar doesn't understand unix-style path names (which
is surprising; I was under the impression that all mingw tools could
understand unix path names correctly). If anyone knows of a quick
workaround, I'd love to hear it.
