Trolltech/Nokia declared Qt3 dead and it has known bugs and security issues 
and noone is developing KDE3 either which probably has known security issues 
too. I am sure that if openSUSE is willing to maintain releases of all that 
they can also do the same for poppler-qt

That is your problem, not ours, we do not have the capacity to maintain 
useless code around.
