[poppler] Poppler 0.22 schedule

Hi, let's discuss the Poppler 0.22 release schedule:

This is my proposed schedule:
 * Sep 20            Poppler 0.21.0 (0.22 Alpha)
 * Oct  4 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.21.1 (0.22 Beta)
 * Oct 18 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.21.2 (0.22 Beta 2)
 * Nov  1 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.21.3 (0.22 RC)
 * Nov 15 (+2 weeks) Poppler 0.22.0

We accept new features until Beta 2. Afterwards it's just bugfixing.
