[poppler] Poppler 0.34.0 released

I totally failed at following the 1 month per release schedule, again, sorry 
about that, was having holidays and generally enjoying life.

Changes against 0.33.0 include:
core:
 * Splash: Fix crash in PDF with nested softmasks. Bug #91240
 * Splash: Speed up of rendering icc based images. Bug #90171
 * PSOutputDev: Embed Type1 fonts to PostScript files correctly. Bug #19747
 * Fix pedantic memory leak

glib:
 * update new symbols section

build system:
 * cmake: Make sure ENABLE_LIBOPENJPEG is either 0 or 1
