Currently, open_kde() searchs "thunderbird" only in the profile called
"Default", but on localized KDE, the profile name "Default" is often
translated; e.g. in french it is called "Par défaut". In these cases,
Thunderbird is not detected and run_thunderbird() is not used, so that email
attachments for Thunderbird doesn't work.

e.g. file emaildefaults on french KDE4

The patch in attachment fixes this issue.
